clothes and crafts for sale, and
a variety of delicious foods.
 


2012 Vendors
This years vendors include Scensty Candles, Relay for Life with crocheted booties, Miche Bags, Doterra oils and It Works body wraps, kids toys, homemade crafts and pillows, Scholastic Book Fair, Paparazzi jewelry, John Pincock pottery, make and take crafts from the 4H and bounce castles.  There is great food from Luis' Mexican Food, BBQ Island pork and ribs, hot dogs from the MHS cheerleaders, Dads Ice Cream, LiquiFaction with smoothies and frappes, cotton candy and popcorn, cookies and candy.  You won't want to miss it!

Vendor Booths
If you would like to host an activity or have handmade or commercial items for sale, a vendor booth is a great way to earn money for yourself, your organization or your business.  Booth rentals start at just $25 for a 10' x 10' space, $35 for a 10' x 20' space and $50 for a 20' x 20' space or 10% of your total retail sales, whichever is greater. Charitable booths are $10 for a 10' x 10' space.  Simply register below.

Non-Compete
Get signed up fast!  To make sure you have a good opportunity, we do not allow vendors to sell the same items or activities.  There is some exceptions for food.  If there is a conflict after registration, you will be notified.

Food, Games and Booth Registration

Space, Location and Setup
In most cases, you will have a 10' x 10' space for your event.  We try to make the location as comfortable as possible; however, you are not guaranteed a shady spot.  You will need to provide your own shade structure and tables.  Please have your booth set up and ready to go by 9:00 a.m.

Retail and Food Vendors
All vendors will be contacted and receive a registration packet 30 days before the event. Please fill out the appropriate forms and bring them with you the day of the event. Retail and food vendors will be required to submit a State of Utah Special Event Sales Tax Form (forms will be provided the day of the event).

Food vendors: If you are selling commercially pre-packaged foods, no permit is required.  Food may not be made at home and sold.  If you are handling or preparing any food, you are required to have two permits from the Weber/Morgan Health Department: a temporary food establishment permit and food handlers permit.  Inspectors will be on site to make sure you are in compliance.

Note: A w-9 is not required for this event.
